Indialantic Elementary PTO

We are so excited to kick-off our annual Soarin’ Eagles Jog-a-thon! This is the PTO's big fundraiser for the year to pay for school beautification, including extra playground equipment, trees, shading and outdoor classroom space. Your student can raise pledges to earn fun opportunities! Monies received from Thursday, January 19th - Thursday, February 9th will count towards incentives!

Register on PledgeStar to collect donations by February 2nd and be entered to win a $25 Gift Card: https://pledgestar.com/indialantic/. The PTO created PledgeStar Instructions for you to follow. Your teacher is eligible to win a prize basket if 90% of their class registers by this day.

School-Wide Incentives

If we make our $30,000 goal - students get to dunk some of their favorite teachers in a Dunk Tank!

Class Incentives

Top class in the school will name our Eagle mascot!

Top class in EACH grade will receive a field trip lunch to Long Doggers!

If your class raises $1000 the class will receive $100 for class room items!

Every $1000 beyond the original goal, the class will receive an additional $100!

Individual Incentives

All students will receive a goodie bag with a pedometer and coupons from our community partners who have been so generous with their support!

The top student in each class for each week will receive a small prize and be entered for a chance to have the following opportunities:

WEEK 1: Jan 19th-26th Top student in each class entered in a drawing to be CAMP Teacher for the day!

WEEK 2: Jan 27th-Feb 2nd Top student in each class will select a song to be played during Jog-a-Thon!

WEEK 3: Feb 3rd - 9th Top student in each class entered in a drawing to be Administrator for the day!

Friday, February 10th students will enjoy the Soarin’ Eagles Jog-a-thon! They will walk/run for 30 minutes.

Class Jog-a-thon Times:

8:30-9:20: Grades 5 & 6

9:30-10:20: Grade 2

10:30-11:20: Grades 3 & 4

11:30-12:20: Grades K & 1

Successful Mural Reveal Night!

The Indialantic Elementary Mural Project organized the installation of 9 professionally painted murals throughout the school campus over the 2022/2023 winter break. It was made possible by the Indialantic Elementary PTO and Richard's Paint. Curated by Colleen Tobia, Nico Lehman, & Christopher Maslow.

Special thanks to businesses who donated gift baskets to help us kick off our Jog-a-thon Fundraiser: Long Doggers, Intracoastal Brewing, Yogi Perogi, D'Jons Village Market, Michaels for Men and Women, and Brevard Zoo.

South Area School Art Show

The Melbourne Square Mall is hosting an art exhibit for the South Area Schools. Indialantic will be beautifully represented by pieces of art that reflect the varied activities the students have accomplished so far this year. The artwork will be hung on Sunday, January 22nd and will be displayed through Saturday, January 29th. The exhibit will be located in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods. This is very exciting for our young artists so please stop by and take a look!
