January 25th 3:00-6:00 p.m. - Students of Indialantic Elementary School are invited to join us for a School Game Night! Students must attend with a ticket holding supervising adult at the Azan Shriners Center (1591 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935).
Come join in the fun and play games at a carnival style event. Compete with your supervising adult to win prizes.
Individual tickets are $10 each. Ticket sales close 3 days before the event. No ticket sales the day of the event.
If your family would benefit from financial assistance, please contact Lord.Colleen@brevardschools.org to have tickets purchased by the PTO on your behalf.
Purchase tickets at https://tinyurl.com/iesgame2025.
A committee is planning the event. Our next planning meeting is Monday, 1/13 from 8-9:30 at Yareni's home. We need volunteers to stuff prize bags, organize prize baskets, setup and tear down the event. Contact vp@indialanticpto.com if you can help.
Indialantic Long Doggers is still offering a free kids meal for any report card showing good grades (A,B, S or E)! Just bring your report card to Indialantic Long Doggers before the next report card.
To see your grades go to Focus. Once you set up access, you will always be able to log in at https://brevardk12.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/?skipSAML=true. Select "Reports" to see and print the report card.
To set up access go to https://BrevardK12.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth. To create a new account you need your child's student number, birthdate, and PIN number. If you do not have your child's PIN, you will need to go to the school office and present your photo ID to get your child's PIN.
With a student attending Indialantic Elementary, you are automatically a part of the Indialantic Parent Teacher Organization. Please come and help plan events, fundraisers, and other service projects for our school.
Bring your ID to check in at the front office, and you are welcome to join in. You do not need to be a registered volunteer to attend the meetings. Your ideas are welcome. Kids are welcome to join, but please bring a quiet activity for them.

For the best experience: Communicate with the teacher that you're coming for lunch. Bring your ID. Be few minutes early your child’s scheduled lunch time to check in the front office. Be prepared to eat lunch at the outside picnic tables. Students will only be available for lunch during their regularly scheduled 30-minute lunch time. Students need to report back to the cafeteria before the end of their lunch period. You must always supervise your child during your time. Sign out in the front office.
Thanks to Shelly Sciarrino for decorating the teachers lounge for the holidays. Thanks to Yareni Platter for organizing the breakfast PTO supplied for the teachers and staff from the Metro Diner.
All donations go directly to support teachers, students, and beautify the school. You can see the Treasurer's Report with line by line details of the programs we have budgeted for and funded this year by clicking here.
If you're a teacher, and you need money for a special project, please fill out a Superfund Request to be considered for financial support from the PTO: https://www.indialanticpto.com/teachers
We will ask for donations to make our annual budget at our Jog-a-thon fundraiser February 13-March 7th, but we would be thrilled if you decide to donate any time.
The school cafeteria offers free breakfast every morning starting at 7:30.
You can prepay for your student's lunch and treats by loading your student's account with money at https://www.brevardschools.org/o/bps/page/mypaymentsplus.
