February 1st at 5:45 p.m. the Indialantic Dads Club invites your whole family to the Premiere Oaks 10 Theaters in Melbourne for an Indialantic Elementary PTO Fundraiser. We will rent out an entire theater for Indialantic Elementary students, teachers, staff and their families to view the new movie - Dog Man.
The evening begins with pizza, ice cream social starting at the private upstairs party room and deck. This is a great opportunity to socialize with other students, teachers, staff and their families.

Order your child's class shirt before Friday, January 31st. All students will wear school shirts on spirit days, field trips, and Jog-a-thon. We plan to continue wearing the same shirts next school year. Shirts will be delivered directly to students at school. If you are in need of any financial help for this supply or any other events for the schools year, please contact the front office or Dr. Lord, PTO has funds available for students with hardship.

You get to make it a family night, no cooking, no dishes, just enjoy the night together. PTO gets money to enrich the school! 10% of your bill will be donated to Indialantic Elementary when you scan the barcode from the flyer at check out and request a printed receipt to put in the box in the lobby.
President: Meet with Principal to coordinate all fundraiser and school events for the upcoming years calendar. Provide dates to all program chairs as well as person creating school calendar. Write and facilitate the monthly PTO meetings to include agenda, attendance sheet, upcoming events. Provide contact information for all positions and chairs. Communicate with all the different programs chairs to ensure you are kept up to date.
Treasurer: Tax exempt status with the state of Florida is valid until 2026. ·
Contact insurance company BBTT– to renew our coverage. This has to be done every year.
Provide copy of filed taxes with the school and complete and send PTO annual report form to Brevard County School Board
Provide financial update to President
Provide detailed last fiscal year report and present at the first PTO meeting. Discuss budget with each chair person and provide budget updates on non-program expenses i.e.
Social Media Coordinator: Organize and post announcements concerning events at Indialantic and Indialantic PTO.
Spirit Night Coordinator: Promote and organize spirit nights for the school. Currently with Long Doggers and Texas Roadhouse.

For the best experience: Communicate with the teacher that you're coming for lunch. Bring your ID. Be few minutes early your child’s scheduled lunch time to check in the front office. Be prepared to eat lunch at the outside picnic tables. Students will only be available for lunch during their regularly scheduled 30-minute lunch time. Students need to report back to the cafeteria before the end of their lunch period. You must always supervise your child during your time. Sign out in the front office.

We will ask for donations to make our annual budget at our Jog-a-thon fundraiser February 13-March 7th, but we would be thrilled if you decide to donate any time.
