There are many children right here in Brevard County that don’t have enough food to eat on a consistent basis. Therefore, The Children’s Hunger Project, Brevard County’s Backpack Program, steps in to assist those in need. And they need our help!
The 5th Grade Good Citizenship Team has heard the call and is organizing a food drive to support these kids. The drive will run through November 22. The CHP has asked for specific items, and the team has assigned each grade level one of those foods.
Each week, the 5th graders will collect the food and count the number of donations per class. There will be a weekly announcement tracking our progress. The winning class will receive a tasty treat thanking them for their generosity!
Indialantic Parents and PTO wanted to show our appreciation and THANKS to the Indialantic Staff by supplying drinks and snacks to the Teacher's Lounge to be enjoyed by the entire Indialantic Staff for the month of November.
Please sign up for a slot to deliver snacks and drinks to the front office on a day that works for you. If you are not sure what to get, you can pick your teacher's favorite treats and drinks from their wishlists.
