Indialantic Media Center News

Did you know our AMAZING PTO purchased AR (Accelerated Reader) for our school? When students finish a book, they can take a short AR test to check their comprehension. When students pass an AR test, they receive points for that book and their homeroom teacher can see their results. If your student would like to take an AR book test from home, please use the link to go to our media center website.

Run Club Resumes

Run club is open to all students and will meet every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday except when it is too cold or raining.  When the campus gate opens at 7:30 a.m., head to the back field to run some laps at a moderate pace for 15 minutes before school.  You must bring a water bottle to participate.

Returning Run Club members will have their cards printed on the carts there.  New members will have to set up a card to scan as they track their laps.

Run Club does not fill up, so come when you can. Mr. Armstrong will keep track of your miles and tell you how many you did at the end of the school year.

Run Club could use several registered volunteers everyday from 7:20 a.m. -8:00 a.m. each day. If you are an approved volunteer, contact Kim Self with questions about volunteering for run club.
