PTO is gearing up our annual Jog-A-Thon, which will take place on Friday, February 10th, 2023. This is our primary fundraiser for the year, previously, we utilized a full-service company to manage and host the Jog-A-Thon, but the company also took a significant cut of money raised. This year, we have decided to run the event in-house to ensure that monies raised go directly to supporting our students, and we need the help of our community partners!
Please see the Sponsorship letter for more information. Sponsorship is for businesses and/or companies that would like to contribute to items for Jog-A-Thon and/or advertisement for contributing to Jog-A-Thon. There will be more information coming in January for parents and students' contributions.
Please mark the date of Thursday, January 19th for our kick-off night at the school, more information to come.
Wednesday is Domino's school spirit night! Place your order from 4-8pm for carryout or contactless delivery from any Domino’s in Brevard. All orders will donate 15% to our school.
At Tuesday night’s School Board meeting, the Board approved the Superintendent’s recommendation for Hurricane Ian make-up days.
The approved plan moves two days from second semester to first semester. Those days are January 6th and January 9th. The second semester will now begin on January 10, 2023. In addition, the board approved converting four early release Fridays to regular school days. The days impacted are:
November 4, 2022
November 18, 2022
December 2, 2022
January 6, 2023
Nov. 7 and 8 the Dept of Health will be on campus to do Vision and Hearing screenings for select grade levels. Approved school volunteers are needed to help with the screenings. Nov. 7th will be kindergarten and 6th grade and Nov. 8th will be 1st and 3rd grade. Thank you for your interest.
